TIK — The Impatient Kangaroo
1 Player · Puzzle
The plan: to create a 21st century successor to the hit solo puzzle game Rush Hour.
Many players think that hopping through the Outback collecting goodies is more fun than
trying to shove your way through traffic. And — thanks to the program —
there's all kinds of different ways to play:-)
Divided Loyalties
2 Players · Strategy · 40–80 min
Many turns are offensive AND defensive, and every single one has consequences.
This is connect 3 or 4 — but with 6 colours. Your colour is always loyal to you,
your opponent's never is... and the other 4? Sometimes they are, and sometimes they
aren't. Tiles can even be loyal in one direction, AND disloyal in another!
Democracy in Space
2 Players · Strategy · 15–45 min
Based on a feature of the US Electoral College and most parliamentary systems, this is
area majority culled to its essence. A gentle opening suddenly transforms into a
nail-biting finish! The unique tie-break condition needs to be kept in the back of your
mind — but you might not know for a while if you'll need it this time....
Where WAS that elbow?
1–4 Players · Memory · 5–15 min
This silly little game has turned out to be quite a brain trainer — a number of
players have reported a noticeable increase in their memory capacity after just a few
plays. Build from the inside out, or outside in. It's equally fun as a solo game or with
up to three other friends. Our age recommendation — 7 years and up.
Don't be surprised if the youngest player wins:-))
MAKA LAINA
2 Players · Strategy · 20–40 min
It's the first turn and the battle is on! No time to get warmed up in MAKA LAINA:-)
You need to be planning from the very start, evolving your long term strategy —
but staying flexible. The influx of new discs adds a good deal of randomness, which
really spices things up. And later on, watch out for the endgame trap — it can
easily lead to a surprise winner...
